SocialBall Terms of Service
Effective date: 7 November 2026
1. The service and operator
SocialBall is operated by STYFCSD Ltd, company number 16428748, registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact [email protected] for support, complaints, privacy enquiries or content reports.
SocialBall provides creator profiles, content planning and supported social publishing features. These terms apply to your use alongside the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter the agreement, meet applicable age requirements and have authority for accounts and content you manage. If acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Do not use another person’s identity or try to access another workspace without permission.
3. Features and plans
SocialBall Free includes basic public-profile features with SocialBall branding. Publishing a Free profile requires email verification. Social posting and advanced creator features require eligible Go or Pro access. Feature availability also depends on platform permissions and eligibility.
Before entering a paid subscription, review the price, currency, billing interval, any trial conditions and cancellation information presented in Plan & billing and checkout. Test transactions are not live charges. A free grant, trial or test entitlement does not establish a promise of future paid features or pricing.
Applicable statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation or refund rights, are not excluded by these terms. Contact [email protected] with a billing or cancellation complaint. Do not enter a transaction unless the relevant price and conditions have been shown and you agree to them.
4. Social publishing
You choose whether to connect an account and grant the permissions shown by its platform. Review the destination, media, caption, visibility, interaction choices, commercial disclosures and timing before sending or scheduling a post.
A Direct Post request asks the platform to publish using those choices. An upload to the TikTok inbox requires you to open the notification and continue in TikTok. It is not an automatic save to TikTok’s local Drafts folder. Processing, moderation, account limits and outages can delay, restrict or reject a post; exact publication times and acceptance by a platform are not guaranteed.
Disconnect accounts in Social accounts and use the platform’s settings to revoke authorisation. Disconnecting does not remove previously published content; pending posts targeting that connection may fail.
YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features in SocialBall, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You must also comply with the terms, community rules and disclosure requirements of TikTok, Meta and any other platform you use. SocialBall is an independent service, not an endorsement by those platforms.
5. Your content and licence
You retain rights to your content. You give SocialBall the permission needed to store, process, display and transmit it to provide the features you choose, including a published profile and media sent to connected platforms. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated use.
You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for media, music, likenesses, links and personal information. Make required advertising and branded-content disclosures. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, spam or harassment, evade platform restrictions or attack the service.
Send content or rights complaints to [email protected], including the relevant link, the issue and enough information to assess it. You may also use a public profile’s Report control.
6. Service management and complaints
We may restrict a feature, account or content when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material breach, abuse, a security issue, a platform requirement or a legal obligation. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to respond or correct it. You can challenge a decision by contacting [email protected].
We may maintain, change or discontinue features. Material changes affecting an existing paid commitment must respect that commitment and applicable law. Keep your own copies of important content and use account export where available.
7. Leaving SocialBall
You can unpublish your profile, disconnect social accounts and request account closure or erasure. Closure may require resolving payment, purchase, membership or shared-workspace obligations first. Closing an eligible account deactivates access and stops pending work; it does not automatically erase all records or copies held by other platforms. The Privacy Policy explains requests, retention and your data rights. No wording here removes those rights.
8. Responsibility
We must provide the service with the reasonable care and skill required by applicable law. You remain responsible for lawful use and for reviewing the content and accounts you select. External platforms operate their own services and may change their APIs or eligibility rules.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. These terms do not introduce a fixed liability cap or require you to waive statutory rights.
9. Law, notices and contact
The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. This does not require a consumer to give up access to courts available under applicable law.
Contact [email protected] or write to STYFCSD Ltd at its registered office above. We will date updates to these terms and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove existing statutory rights or agreed paid commitments.
